When I do a speed test thru the Nighthawk App on my phone or laptop that is wireless the app saying im getting 500-600mps---The app isn't accurate at speeds greater than 500mbps.Reason why is it hosts the test off the router and it rarely chooses the proper server. (Speed tests were done with several devices, Phone, Laptop, iPad, Nighthawk App and the Speed Test tool in the Router GUI) I
My 5GHz which is supposed to go up to 800 mbps caps at 351 and fluctuates from 120-351 The only difference from the old system to the new was modem/router If different wired PCs are seeing same low speed, I would persume the modem could be faulty.

Even on a wired 1000Mpbs connected ethernet adapter you not see 1000Mpbs however will be near 900Mpbs since wired out performs wireless
